Our services

We design and build automations, web applications and business dashboards, and provide related consulting and support. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote. The quote and these terms together form our agreement. If they conflict, the quote applies.

Quotes and payment

  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for clients in India, and in US Dollars (USD) or UAE Dirhams (AED) for clients outside India. The currency is stated on the quote and invoice.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on the quote and invoice.
  • A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
  • Full payment is due in advance, before work starts.
  • Clients in India can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking) or by bank transfer. Clients outside India pay by international bank transfer, using the details on the invoice.
  • For international transfers, the full invoiced amount must reach us. Charges made by your bank or intermediary banks are paid by you.
  • Monthly support, where agreed, is paid in advance for each month.

What we need from you

To deliver on time, we need access to the relevant tools and accounts, the information and sample data the project requires, and timely feedback from someone who knows the process. If these are delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount.

Changes to scope

Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as new work. We will tell you before doing it and send a separate quote.

Delivery and acceptance

All our services are delivered digitally. When the work is ready, we share it for your review. We fix anything that does not match the agreed scope. See our service delivery policy for details.

Ownership

Once the project is paid for in full, you own the custom code, files and configurations we create for you. Third-party software and services used in the project, such as UiPath, Supabase or hosting providers, remain subject to their own terms and charges, which you pay unless the quote says otherwise. We may reuse our general know-how and tools that are not specific to your business.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, data and documents confidential and use them only to deliver your project. We will not name you as a client publicly without your permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care to build reliable systems, but we cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will always be available or unchanged. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new quotes from the date shown above.
